Date: June 17 – 18, 2010
Location: The Willard Intercontinental, Washington D.C.
The US banking industry continues to struggle in 2010 with the combined pressures of an increasingly aggressive regulatory agenda from Washington, continued performance challenges in commercial and consumer loan portfolios, and the expectations of demanding and distrustful clients. As a result, bankers must confront the reality of how to save the industry’s reputation— and rescue their client relationships — even as their ability to earn their way out of the slump is challenged. This event will provide an environment for focused discussion of best practices for enabling improved client channel access, developing new product and service combinations to meet changing regulatory and client needs, and streamlining processes and back-office infrastructures to reduce cost and improve service levels.
